I was made to feel really welcome at Shave Farm. The owner, Kate, greeted me with a warm smile and offered me a hot drink as soon as I arrived. It was like visiting a dear friend. The lounge downstairs was a cozy retreat with a wood fire, comfy sofas, and a big TV. I could enjoy my tea and biscuits in peace. The farm setting was idyllic, making me want to escape my office job and work on a farm for a year! The delicious and filling breakfast options, including a full English or full English Vegetarian option, were a great way to start the day. The bed was comfortable, providing me with a restful night's sleep without any noise disturbance.

We had a delightful stay at Shave Farm, a charming farmhouse set on a beautiful farm. The hosts, Kate and James, were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Our four-year-old had a blast collecting fresh eggs, feeding the goats, and exploring the farm. The breakfast was excellent, and the two-storey suite we stayed in had a very comfortable large bed. Despite being close to the A303, the noise was minimal inside the house. We would definitely stay here again!

We strongly recommend this hotel.

shave farm villa was an absolute delight. from the warm welcome to the stunning property, every detail was perfect. the family room exceeded all expectations with its comfortable living area, well-equipped kitchenette, and cozy bedroom. the hot breakfast was delicious and the hosts were incredibly welcoming. a wonderful stay that exceeded our already high expectations.

No dinner available on monday evenings.

This place had the comfiest bed, a cozy sitting room with a great TV, and a well-equipped kitchen. The bathroom was spacious with a fantastic shower. The owner, Jane, was welcoming and gave us lots of advice on local interests. 10/10!

Secluded and well-equipped cottage with beautiful sunsets. Easy drive to towns and attractions. Owners provide privacy and space for a true country hideaway experience. Fruit, bread, yogurt, milk, and more stocked in the kitchenette. Immaculate condition and felt like a home away from home.
